Return Policy

DAT respects the customer's belief in us. Instead of a commitment to product quality, DAT has implemented the policy of return goods to ensure convenience for customers.
All products purchased at DAT can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of receipt. In order to be able to return the goods, customers do not need invoices, we manage the tracking of the guarantee history and product service by serial number of each circuit board and Series No. So, please protect, do not shave/modify the serial number.
I. GENERAL REGULATIONS:
Products that are returned are those that meet the conditions of the DUT Return Policy as follows:
• Inverters are still within the warranty period and conditions of INVT and DAT.
• A product defect that has been verified by a DAT technician.
• Inverter power from 2.2 KW (3HP) or below.
Please check the goods and sign the status with the delivery staff immediately upon receipt of goods. When you find one of the above cases, you can directly talk to the delivery staff or give us feedback within 24 hours by calling our hotline: 1800 6567.
II. PROVISION OF NON-WARRANTY CASES EXCHANGED 1 BY 1:
• The inverter is dropped or broken by customers, deforms the casing and other parts of the inverter
• Customers open their own, interfering with the hardware inside the inverter
• Errors such as loose jacks, loose jacks due to the shipping process
• Failure of the cooling fan, keyboard, led display.
• Errors due to improper connection, operation, installation of the manufacturers' and suppliers' recommendations
• Failure due to natural calamity, faulty storage, improperly storage or insects entering the inverter.
III. PROVISIONS OF WARRANTY CASES EXCHANGED 1 BY 1:
• An error occurs that is beyond the provisions of section 2
• Explosion due to defective product damage to power components, power circuits
• Hardware failure occurs on the power set and remote control.
• Errors of new inverts without being used, except for loose cables, loose screws
IV. TERMS OF REPLACED/ RETURNED PRODUCTS:
• Product must be intact including styrofoam, nylon wrap, intact stamps/labels
• Product must not be broken, scratched, modified
• Product must be fully accompanied by accessories (if any)
• The duration is not over 1 month (30 days) from the date of purchase
• Product is damaged by user action
• The product is too dirty due to factors such as dust, water, and other interfering corrosive substances.
